Personal Training Studio

With the goal of being Chicago’s number one personal training provider, Stephen “Sean” Block has committed himself to providing a friendly neighborhood atmosphere where all ages feel welcome. The studio promotes a healthy lifestyle through convenience, cleanliness, qualified trainers, and most of all getting you on track to a healthier lifestyle through exercise, diet, and making work outs safe and fun.

The studio’s team of experienced trainers focus on getting your body in shape through a high intensity work out. Each session involves a non-stop full hour of strength training though various forms of resistance, flexibility, core, and stability exercises. These work outs are designed around your body’s ability. As you progress through your training, exercises become more advanced, weight resistance increases, and repetitions will vary.


  • No Membership Fees
  • If you’re paying a trainer, you shouldn’t have to pay any additional fees. At Blockhead Fitness you can work out at on your own free of charge on the days you’re not working out with your trainer.

  • Whether you’re a mom who would like to tone up, a busy professional who wants to shed those extra pounds or a family that would like to get fit together, the trainers at Blockhead Fitness will help you achieve your goals.
     
  • Tandem and Group Workouts Available
  • In addition to on-on-one personal training, you can train with a friend or in small groups.
     
 
   
Stephen "Sean" Block, Owner
UW-Oshkosh, Certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ISSA (International Sports Science Association).

Sean has been power lifting and body building since 1993. He has been training professionally since 1997. His enjoyment comes from watching his clients gain results they never thought possible. He trains a better part of his clientele through a total body workout system, which includes, strength training, flexibility, stability, and core strengthening. His passion is training for power, strength, and muscle building/definition.
