Please join Johnny and Attu as they teach you how to focus balance, technique, and power as they take you through a circuit of drills. Get ready to burn 750+ calories by using there proven program to help you learn self defense by using Target Mitts, Heavy Bag, Upper Cut Bag, Double End Bag, and Speed bag, and lets not forget strength training. This class is intended for all ages above 18 years of age.
