DEFINITION

(STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING)

This class will take you through 60 minutes of heart pounding circuit training. With a healthy diet we will get you looking your best quickly and effectively. We are extremely mindful when it comes to form and technique.  Therefore, some clients may have to move at slower pace until your body is moving correctly. Either way you will still get an excellent workout.

 

 

ADULT GROUP BOXING

 

Blockhead Boxing is a 55 minute group exercise class based around PROFESSIONAL BOXING with the addition of functional fitness training. Boxing Conditioning teaches basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength, cardio endurance, hand eye coordination, and self-defense.

This type of training allows the experience of a total body workout with all the fun and excitement of boxing combinations and cardio routines. Boxing conditioning will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, target mitts, and core strengthening exercises. ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME!

 

 

YOUTH GROUP BOXING

(Ages 8-12)

AMAZING WORKOUT TO HELP KIDS LEARN COORDINATION, SELF-DEFENSE, CONFIDENCE, AND DISCIPLINE. TAUGHT BY ACTIVE AND RETIRED PROFESSIONAL BOXERS.
