Impact kickboxing is an exciting effective workout. With the mixture of kickboxing and conditioning drills (used by professional fighters) you will burn at least 750 calories while having a blast kicking and hitting the focus mitts, heavy bags, and body pads. Impact instruction is designed to tone and shape your entire body, quicken muscle response, melt fat, and also learn very effective self-defense techniques.

Women's Group Strength and Tone
Taught by owner Sean Block.

Find inspiration in numbers with this high intensity women's strength training class that will not only build and tone muscles, but will improve bone density, boost your metabolism,  raise self-confidence, and burn calories. Based on your ability, you can expect to burn 600-1000 calories.  The class will always start with 30 minutes of  high intensity body weight exercises (Ployo's), followed by weight training circuits, and lastly exercises engage core that will leave you wanting to come back for more. As your performance improves the exercises will get more challenging.

STRETCH it out

Taught by Cindy Hui

Can't quite touch your toes? Wounder why it's so uncomfortable to squat? In this class, you will utilize stretching techniques and strengthening to improve flexibility and mobility. Explore ways to improve the movement of your body, have more effective work outs, reduce risk of injuries, and simply feel more comfortable through out the day.
