 DEFINITION

(Total Body Strength Training)

This class will take you through 60 minutes of heart pounding circuit training. With a healthy diet we will get you looking your best quickly and effectively. We are extremely mindful when it comes to form and technique.  Therefore, some clients may have to move at slower pace until your body is moving correctly. Either way you will still get an excellent workout.

 

 

 

ADULT GROUP BOXING (Beginners)

This is for clients who have never done any boxing. Once you have become comfortable with technique and stamina you can progress to the next level.
