Women's Group Strength and Tone

Taught by owner Sean Block.

Find inspiration in numbers with this high intensity women's strength training class that will not only build and tone muscles, but will improve bone density, boost your metabolism,  raise self-confidence, and burn calories. Based on your ability, you can expect to burn 600-1000 calories.  The class will always start with 30 minutes of  high intensity body weight exercises (Ployo's), followed by weight training circuits, and lastly exercises engage core that will leave you wanting to come back for more. As your performance improves the exercises will get more challenging.

Youth Group Boxing Camp

BEGINS JUNE 6th 

Blockhead Fitness is proud to announce it's first ever boxing camp. Your child will have the privilege to learn from a retired professional boxer. The class will focus on self-defense and strength and conditioning. Your child will receive their own boxing gloves and wraps.  They will learn the style of boxing through instruction using target mitts, heavy bag, speed bag, upper cut bag, and shadow boxing.

Please note there in no contact between children.

Youth Boxing 17 and under

Tired of your child playing video games and watching TV after school? Enroll your child into Blockhead's boxing class. Your child no matter the age will learn discipline, self-defense, all while having a great time getting trained by a professional boxer.

Adult Group Boxing 

Did you know that boxing is the work out that every professional athlete uses to stay in shape all year long? Break a sweat, increase strength, learn self defense, develop a lean and toned body all through boxing.  Extra classes will be added as groups fill up (6 person maximum).
